Make sure you visit Galerie B-312, who are showing photographs by Nikki Middlemiss.

Her series Afterimage captures the smoke-clouds created by fireworks. Each cloud is unique, a delicate, organic trace of pale grey on a glossy graphite black background. They are images documenting the moment just after the big Bang, speaking of spent energy and conjuring up memories of celebration, noise and joy.
