After seeing Craig Wiltse‘s luminous light-box paintings at Galerie Luz yesterday I realized that The Belgo Report needs a video component. Under normal light conditions Wiltse’s works look like regular abstract paintings in vivid hues, but when the gallerist turned down the lights I realized that the paintings luminesce; some of them even change colour! I captured one of Wiltse’s paintings with my pocket camcorder and did my first Belgo Report video upload to YouTube today. Now if I could only figure out how to import the video into my blog…
