You have only one more week to find out what an archivist does. Archivist Denis Lessard has spent the last five months at Skol, processing the centre’s historical archives. This is usually work done in a quiet back-room, away from the public eye. But every Wednesday and Thursday from 12pm – 5pm, Skol invites the public to watch and learn. You can give Skol a buzz at 514-398-9322 to make an appointment and watch Lessard at work. It’s a rare opportunity to see what is involved to professionally catalogue and preserve a myriad of contemporary art projects.
